With that being said, I am so glad that ArtOnIt has given me the opportunity to review their Les Chromatiques Artsy Compact. Not only is this a compact, but it's also a work of art. The creator of this line is an artist that has transformed his work onto compact's cover along with the packaging. I have never seen any product like this, which I loved as it felt very personal for such a high-end product.
The Les Chromatiques collection has four different pieces and as soon as I saw the Asphyxia compact, I knew that one had to be mine. Selling online for $65, this product really proved itself in my eyes. The packaging was definitely remarkable and so was the sturdiness of the mirror compact in general. It contains four shades called: Baby Gold, Lapiz, Burn Gundy, and Deep Bronze. The pigmentation was out of this world, so there is no need to use a lot of product on a brush. You can also dip your brush in a bit of water which will make it even more vivid.
With the versatility of this product you can go from day to night without a hassle. I decided to go for a natural glam look for my trial test. I did this application without dampening my brush, so it would be really obvious how amazing the pigment is. I used a layer of Deep Bronze for the undertone across the lids with Baby Gold blended into it. I also brought Baby Gold around the tear duct. Then I applied Burn Gundy above my upper lash line and blended Lapiz around my crease. It was a fairly simple application and by using such a great product, it was hard to go wrong!
Also just so you know, I am wearing no other makeup here in these pictures so you can see just how naturally flawless it is by itself. I have to do more looks with this compact because I am loving ArtOnIt way too much!
